His three-decade career includes roles as a lab coordinator, NIKE Performance Council member, author, and researcher. Lance has worked in 13 countries, supporting thousands of athletes, including NFL first-round picks, Olympic gold medalists, world champions, and Super Bowl MVPs. A former professor and clinical instructor, he continues to shape the field of sports performance and athlete development worldwide.
